The conduct of an employer or coworkers that prevents you from employment, effects your job security, rate of compensation, or ability to care for yourself or a loved one may be a violation of federal and state anti-discrimination laws.

If you are treated unfairly or differently from your coworkers because of race, sex, ethnicity, age or disability you should seek advice from a lawyer.
